The GS-1290 intelligent visual printing line drawing machine is a new model developed and designed by our company to address the low efficiency and high cost of traditional manual processes such as manual line drawing and screen printing on shoe uppers. It replaces slow, labor-intensive operations with a fully automated digital workflow that keeps production speed and consistency under control.
High-Speed UV Digital Printing with Automatic Visual Positioning
The machine adopts high-speed UV digital printing technology, combined with high-precision industrial area array and line array cameras for automatic visual positioning matching. The camera system identifies the position of each piece on the working area and aligns the print data accordingly, so printed lines land accurately without manual setup between pieces.
Precision Servo Motion & Full-Page Printing in 30 Seconds
The machine adopts precision servo motors and customized motion modules to ensure the accuracy of printed lines. It is suitable for various cutting materials such as mesh, fly weave, and microfiber leather fabrics. The machine is not limited by the number and size of cutting lines, and can complete full page printing within 30 seconds, greatly improving work efficiency compared to trajectory marking printing.
CCD Recognition, Konica Nozzles & Rear Oven Heating
The machine is equipped with a deformation matching system and a CCD intelligent recognition system to achieve precise positioning. It uses imported Konica industrial nozzles, which have a long service life and high stability. A rear oven heating function adjusts the temperature according to demand to meet the needs of enterprises and help upgrade their intelligence and automation.
