About the GW-512 Button Riveting Machine
The GW-512 is a highly reliable and energy-efficient automatic button riveting machine. It is primarily used for attaching snap buttons (four-part fasteners) to a wide variety of materials. By simply replacing certain components, it can also be used to rivet standard clothing buttons.
Engineered for the modern factory floor, the machine features a PLC and touch screen interface that automatically detects and displays faults for easy maintenance. Its intelligent design includes an automatic stop mechanism for the vibration plates to prevent wear on the eyelets, paired with laser positioning for pinpoint accuracy on every rivet.
