Our shoe material cutting machine is a CNC oscillating knife system designed for footwear manufacturers who need precise, repeatable cutting of multilayer rolled flexible materials. It handles artificial leather, industrial cloth, sponge materials, and other flexible or semi-rigid materials used in shoe uppers, insoles, and linings.
The machine features a double tool head configuration with 2 sets of vibrating knives and 8 sets of punching knives. The two tool heads work asynchronously, allowing cutting and punching operations to proceed simultaneously on the same work area. This reduces production steps and improves throughput.
The transmission system uses high precision lead screws and imported servo motors, delivering a mechanical resolution of 0.05mm. The fixed material mode uses inlet vacuum adsorption, holding materials flat during cutting without clamps or tape. The DOSO-CAM intelligent cutting system handles automatic layout, automatic identification of holes and inline features, and intelligent parameter coding.
