The GW-Y1-24ZD is a fully automatic rotary disc PVC shoe injection molding machine. It is designed to produce PVC footwear, such as slippers, sandals, and all-PVC products. The machine combines a rotary disc platform with a fully automatic mold open/close system and a servo motor drive.

The key feature of this machine is its fully automatic mold opening and closing. Unlike semi-automatic models that require manual mold handling, the GW-Y1-24ZD opens and closes the molds automatically as the disc rotates. This reduces operator fatigue and ensures a consistent cycle time across every station.

The machine uses a servo motor system. The servo drive gives precise control over the injection speed and the clamping position, which is essential for maintaining part weight and dimensional accuracy across all 24 or 30 stations. The disc rotates continuously, moving the molds through the injection, cooling, and automatic demolding stages.

The machine is built on a robust steel frame with the rotary disc mounted horizontally. The injection unit is mounted above the disc, with the material hopper above the injection barrel. The control panel is mounted on the frame at working height, managing the injection, clamping, mold opening/closing, and disc rotation.

This machine is a fully automatic rotary disc PVC injection molding device. It differs from the semi-automatic rotary PVC machine (GW-Y1C-24) by offering automatic mold handling instead of manual handling. It is also different from the EVA foam injection machines and the TR/TPU multi-color injection machines, as it processes PVC material for footwear using a rotary disc and automatic mold open/close system.
