Our plane pressure machine is suitable for the sole and upper bonding or sole combination process of casual shoes and various sports shoes. Hydraulic oil is injected into the cylinder, and the expansion and contraction rubber skin pieces are compressed in all directions using the principle of expansion and compression, achieving a perfect tight fit around the entire shoe shape.

The machine uses an elliptical hydraulic cylinder to shape and press the shoes according to engineering principles. Each rubber skin has a durability rate of over 300,000 pairs - a major breakthrough in the current molding process. The oil pressure system allows pressure adjustment according to the shoe shape, with an average pressure of up to 30kg/cm².

This machine can be placed on the molding line to replace the wall type bottom press machine, or on the large bottom processing line to replace both the wall type bottom press and water pressure press. Placed in the development room, it offers multiple purposes: one side presses the large bottom and the other side presses into shape. Because it doesn't require separately made traditional wall bottom molds, it significantly reduces mold costs regardless of size or left/right feet.
