Hydraulic Shoe Toe Lasting Machine

Our standard type hydraulic toe-lasting machine is designed to pull and form the shoe upper tightly over the toe area of the last. The machine features a double action last supporter with a double rise mechanism that prevents the last from falling and makes the toe attach more closely to the last shape.

The pressure head uses a three-stage type device with an integral cylinder that delivers an average force. The adjustable distance plastic block is not affected by oil temperature, stays balanced left and right, and is suitable for any shoe type. The pincer assembly uses a double balance arrangement with full synchronous drive design, micro clearance and easy setup.

Operators can adjust the last supporter height via the slider rail with precise fine-tuning and clear positioning. A balance type external supporter mechanism keeps the last balanced so the insole and last match closely. Pincer tension can be adjusted arbitrarily to achieve complete balance, while the three and four pincer automatic pull-down stroke is also adjustable, ensuring the upper attaches firmly to the last.

The pincer closing device is processed with special materials for up to 100% accuracy, rust resistance and fracture resistance. A cross positioning light helps operators adjust the upper positioning accurately before lasting. With a capacity of 2000 pairs per 8-hour shift, this machine is built for stable, continuous production in footwear factories.
