Our computerized intelligent heel and side lasting machine features an Italy low-temperature hydraulic control stable circulation system. This design reduces the influence of oil viscosity changes caused by temperature fluctuations, increases the seal life, and ensures running speed and pressure stability throughout the shift.
The machine uses a flexible lasting and automatic balance hydraulic and electrical control system. The temperature automatically senses the upper fitting position, which greatly improves the compactness of the upper lasting. A double increased pressure mechanism for the upper angle further enhances the flatness of the upper and insole.
Equipped with a PLC system, the machine provides automatic memory shoe type selection with precise and fast adjustment. The pincers automatically switch for front and back, as well as left and right feet. The side compressing and wiper automatically open and close in connection, allowing fast wiper replacement. The left, right, and height of the inner and outer shoe waist can switch freely, and the easy operation screen keeps the workflow simple for operators.
