Automatic Shoe Bottom Pressing Machine

Our automatic shoe bottom pressing machine adopts a full oil pressure design, delivering high pressure and firm fit between the sole and the upper. Bottom pressing, blank pressing, and front-and-back tightening can be completed in one cycle, or each function can be operated independently when a specific step is needed.

The machine handles flat bottom, hemmed, and special hemmed shoes on the same unit. One machine covers multiple shoe constructions with high economic benefits, and its pressing performance is comparable to ordinary wall type and air bag type sole presses.

The machine uses a special design of multiple close row hydraulic cylinders that match the irregular contour of the shoe edge. The blank holder stays balanced with no dead angle, giving an excellent pressing result on curved or asymmetric sole shapes. The connected pressure bar design makes the sole bear uniform force during pressing with no gaps, and the pressure bar automatically moves horizontally to position, which makes shoes easy to take and place. This improves production capacity without damaging the vamp, and both long tube and half long tube shoes can be easily operated.
