The GW-917 is a fully automatic, patented machine built specifically for the footwear industry. It is capable of riveting both single-side and double-side hook buttons (hook and eye fasteners) onto various types of shoes, including fashionable women's footwear, safety shoes, hiking boots, and casual shoes.
Unlike manual machines, this equipment adopts a complete set of automated electronic sensing controllers. The electronic sensor controls the automatic feeding of the hook buttons, ensuring they enter the rail without any damage. It also automatically stops when the rail is full, and features a separate auto-feeding mechanism for the washer, ensuring a seamless and continuous production flow.
