About the GW-226 Layering Machine
The GW-226 is designed to streamline the edge finishing process in the manufacturing of shoes, bags, and mobile phone cases. It applies to multiple process operations, seamlessly combining automatic edge separating, gluing, and hammering (pressing) for sewn joints.
Equipped with a smart touch control panel, operators can easily monitor and adjust melt glue temperature, glue flow rate, and temperature digital display. The machine uses hot melt glue, which eliminates the need for manual application of white or yellow glue and bypasses the need for drying ovens. This results in higher efficiency, environmental compliance, and damage-free materials.

Touch Control & Digital Display
With the touch control panel, melt glue temperature, glue flow rate, and glue temperature are digitally displayed. The glue flow rate can be frequency (infinitely) adjusted.
Single-Pump Waterfall System
The waterfall type glue exudation system adopts a single-pump gluing system. This makes the gluing surface smooth, with an equal flow rate and even lamination.
Double Protection & Synchronization
Through double protection of a light sense resistor and operating parameters, the glue flow is controlled stably. The glue exudation speed and hammering (pressing) speed can be synchronized and adjusted.
3-in-1 Hot Melt Operation
Adopts hot melt glue for automatic gluing, edge separating (folding), and flattening. It saves the time of applying manual glue and passing through an oven.
