Auto roughing machine
The machine apply for roughing of sole, spare parts for rubber or EVA, plastic materials, before the spare parts bonding together withoutsole in shoe producing industry.

Hydraulic automatic wall type sole press machine(PLC)
Adpot full hydrualic pressure, strong pressure easy for upper & sole bonding together.it can be operated pressing on bottom, edge, front, back all together in one time, or only eigher one of them.
Machine equipped with a prepared oil-tank to supplement oil when cylinder rising which makes the rising faster and saves the operation time and increaeproduction efficiency.
Machine adopt independent pressure adjustment and each adjustment handles are in the front of machine.
The machine can press for shoes with lasts long between 130mm to 400mm, less than 150mm in width, and less than 200mm in height, walled outsoles lessthan 80-65mmin height.
Side attaching mechanism adopts whole hydraulic control, normally is 9 pcsfor sports shoes, by using rubber foaming pressor to make a tight pressing according to the shape of shoes, each press or is controlled by an individual cylinder which pressure reaches to 25-30kgs, front and rear compressor to ensure get the best performance of pressing.
Automatic balancing rods and swing attaching mechanism adopts special design of bias swing, high-and-low adjustment and self-poise of oil linking,which makes shoes convenient in fetching, smooth on surface, free from damage and high in efficiency and good in quality, it's also convenient to put and take out of the last as well.
